Compliance Monitoring Officer
Location: Harlow
Hybrid/Remote
Weβre looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our team and support the delivery of our Compliance Monitoring Plan. This role provides second line assurance over key regulatory risks and controls, helping to ensure our business meets its FCA obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and enhance our risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Conduct and report on compliance monitoring reviews and thematic deep dives
- Identify and track regulatory risks and remedial actions
- Produce clear, concise reports and MI for governance forums and FCA reporting
- Support projects and horizon scanning for emerging regulatory risks
What weβre looking for:
- Experience in compliance monitoring, audit, or assurance testing
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of FCA General Insurance regulation and Consumer Duty
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams
