We’re working with a high-growth fintech/payments business scaling rapidly across global markets, focused on improving access to financial infrastructure in emerging economies. Backed by top-tier investors, the business offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
An FP&A Lead position owning and scaling the commercial finance function. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and data - driving planning, performance, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build financial models and track KPIs/unit economics
- Partner with commercial and product teams to support decisions
- Support board and investor reporting
- Use SQL to extract and analyse data
- Build and improve dashboards and data models
- Circa 6+ years experience (Big 4, consulting, IB, or similar)
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment (fintech preferred)
- Strong FP&A and financial modelling skills
- Hands-on SQL experience
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
