We’re partnering with a highly regarded specialist reinsurance broker to hire a Broker Support / Account Handler to join their growing Energy Renewables team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with London Market experience to work closely with experienced brokers, supporting complex reinsurance placements while developing strong technical exposure across Energy, Renewables, and Downstream risks within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support brokers across a busy reinsurance portfolio
- Draft placement documentation, including slips (up to 100 per month at peak)
- Manage end-to-end placement support from submission through to post-placement
- Ensure accuracy across documentation, compliance, and operational processes
- Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Support finance processes including premiums, payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain strong adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Experience in London Market insurance or reinsurance
- Strong advantage if experienced in facultative reinsurance
