Rev & Regs are seeking a Senior Client Proposition Manager to work for a dynamic and well-respected investment and wealth management firm in London. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
You will support client proposition activity within the business aligned with Group strategy, including design, development, delivery and ongoing ownership. Ensure client need, satisfaction and experience are key components of future proposition development.
Responsibilities:- Manage the development and deployment of a range of client facing propositions that are calibrated to meet multiple client needs recognising life-stage, investment risk appetite and channel preferences.
- Ongoing ownership of specific propositions, including periodic review, KPI monitoring (commercial, client, risk, conduct), utilisation and alignment to client segmentation strategy.
- Market scanning and reporting in place to improve benchmarking for fair value; VFM for clients; total costs to client; competitor awareness; business leadership knowledge and decision making.
- Ongoing consideration of new analysis tools, e.g. behavioural economics.
- Proposition choice criteria to include client insights, brand, channel/target market, marketing strategy.
- Client and User Experience design standards that deliver against brand, client expectations and proposition promises recognising the businesses blend of human and digital contact points.
- Show leadership in managing and resolving live proposition issues, coordinating resource to ensure bottlenecks and problems are escalated and resolved.
- Work closely with teams across group to ensure processes are lean, efficient and support growth.
- Management of 3rd party suppliers/contractors. Ensure they are engaged and committed to supporting our objectives, and that actions are delivered in a timely fashion.
- Champion lean processes and continuous improvement across proposition delivery.
- Relevant business experience, preferably in Wealth and/or Asset Management.
- Proven track record in senior proposition or strategy roles within wealth management having track record to design, develop, and own client-facing propositions.
- Technical background in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to guide strategic investments and enhancements.
- Professional investment qualification, BA/MBA desirable.
- Strong project management skills and proactive problem-solver with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Ability to consolidate facts and produce credible recommendations.
- Outline knowledge of investment vehicles and investment markets.
- A sound understanding of the investment process.
- Strategic thinking with operational execution with broad understanding of settlement and operational processes.
