We’re working with a fast-growing fintech in the payments space looking to hire a Data Analyst into their central data team. This is a high-impact role at an exciting stage of growth, with strong exposure across Finance, Treasury, and Operations.
Role responsibilities:- Partner with Finance, Treasury, and Operations to deliver key business insights
- Analyse performance metrics (e.g. SLAs, processing times) to identify improvements
- Support revenue analysis, forecasting, and unit economics
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal teams
- Contribute to data models and support the wider data infrastructure
- Deliver deep-dive analysis to support leadership decision-making
- 6+ years experience in Data Analytics / Data Science
- Advanced SQL skills (querying, modelling, optimisation)
- Experience with modern data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Strong stakeholder management and business-facing experience
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven insights
- Fintech / payments / FX experience
- Exposure to financial metrics (revenue, forecasting, unit economics)
- Python experience (pandas, automation)
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + equity + benefits
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
