We seek senior-level volunteers to help design and manage powerful campaigns that reach consumers, brands, and business leaders to help end single-use plastic. Role requires meaningful time commitment and would suit recently retired or similar.

What are we looking for?
We're especially keen to hear from people with 5+ years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Fundraising & Philanthropy: Experience writing successful grant applications or managing relationships with funders. Knowledge of trusts, foundations, or donor networks focused on the environment or circular economy. Ability to identify and research funding opportunities and help craft compelling cases for support.
- Corporate Outreach & Partnerships: Background in CSR, ESG, or sustainability partnerships. Ability to initiate and manage relationships with mission-aligned companies. Strategic thinking to design mutual value propositions for brand partners.
- Communications & Campaigns: Strategic communications experience — especially in non-profit or sustainability sectors. Strong writing and storytelling skills (campaigns, reports, social media). Experience in stakeholder engagement, coalition-building, or advocacy is a plus.

You Will:
- Design and execute strategic outreach campaigns (online & offline).
- Work with our team to shape messaging, tone, and calls to action.
- Manage timelines, assets, and metrics — from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate with brand partners, NGOs, and campaign allies to amplify reach.
- Contribute to storytelling across social media, newsletters, media, and events.
You Are:
- An experienced campaigner (5+ years) in advocacy, social change, or sustainability marketing.
- Comfortable crafting narratives that engage, inspire, and drive action.
- Skilled in cross-stakeholder communication — able to speak to both everyday citizens and C-suites.
- Strategic and data-minded — you understand what moves people, and why.
- Proactive, mission-driven, and ready to work independently or with a small team.
Commitment & Details:
