We need program managers/researchers to help advance our work, from our Sponsor a Village campaign which involves training women in India to be drivers and work on our groundbreaking reuse solution, through coordinating an anti-plastic design competition, and more!

Here are some campaigns we want support for:
- Sponsor a Village campaign involves training women in India to be drivers and work on our groundbreaking reuse solution.
- Bottles for Good is an innovative campaign that provided free high quality reusable bottles to boost refill uptake in communities around the UK, and helped prevent plastic waste in India too. Phase 1 was a great success and we are moving into a larger Phase 2 with much wider community engagement.
- Refill, Not Landfill! Design Competition – this campaign will channel student frustration about single-use plastic. We plan a global student design initiative that invites universities and design students to create social media content focused on eliminating plastic waste through reuse systems.
What are we looking for?

- 3+ years of experience in program management, campaign management, nonprofit work, sustainability, or related fields
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects or initiatives
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience in fundraising campaigns, partnerships, or development is a plus
- Background in sustainability, circular economy, climate, or social impact is preferred

What will you be doing?
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management
- Support the planning and execution of REUSE Foundation programs and initiatives
- Develop program timelines, milestones, and implementation plans
- Coordinate with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Track progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Help structure scalable program frameworks for reuse initiatives
Campaign Management
- Design and manage fundraising and awareness campaigns (e.g., village sponsorship initiatives)
- Coordinate campaign planning, messaging, and execution
- Support outreach to corporations, foundations, and donors
- Track campaign performance and impact metrics
- Help develop campaign materials and communication strategies
Coordination & Operations
- Organize meetings and follow-ups with partners and stakeholders
- Support reporting, documentation, and program updates
