About the Creative Agency We’re assisting a leading creative communications agency with the hiring of a Head of New Business / Business Development Director role. They are a growing agency, renowned for delivering award-winning campaigns and innovative work for a diverse portfolio of clients. With an integrated offering and a global presence, this award winning agency is looking for a senior and experienced sales leader to drive the continued growth of the agency. As a 50+ headcount agency with global offices the commercial top line goal is to increase fees to c.£20m by 2006. This is a role that requires someone experienced with being the Business Development lead at a comparable or larger agency and with experience of developing and executing sales strategy, leading a business development team and outsourced business development agency. About the Head of New Business role The Head of New Business / Business Development Director will develop and execute a business development and growth strategy that aligns with the agency’s vision and goals.
