We’re assisting a leading creative communications agency with the hiring of a Head of New Business / Business Development Director role. With an integrated offering and a global presence, this award-winning agency is looking for a senior and experienced sales leader to drive the continued growth of the agency.
As a 50+ headcount agency with global offices, the commercial top line goal is to increase fees to c.£20m by 2006. This is a role that requires someone experienced with being the Business Development lead at a comparable or larger agency and with experience of developing and executing sales strategy, leading a business development team and outsourced business development agency.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Growth / Business Development Director
- Develop and implement the business development strategy to achieve revenue/growth targets.
- Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, events and any other channel.
- Play a lead role on proposals and pitches for new business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding agency offerings and solutions.
- Represent the agency in the industry and across relevant networks.
About you
As Head of Growth/ Business Development Director, you’ll be a commercial/growth/business development leader with experience working at a creative, comms, marketing or digital agency. You’ll have creative industry expertise, and a track record of hitting new business revenue targets and driving growth in a growth-oriented business. This is a role that requires a collaborative, consultative approach and as a strategic thinker you'll be experienced in developing a business development framework to generate leads, pitches and client wins.
