The predicted salary is between 78000 - 120000 £ per year.

Our client is a well respected, independent strategic communications consultancy, with ambitious growth plans. Whilst the business is still young, they have a team of over 60 people, and have recently opened offices in the US and Middle East. With the appointment of a new COO, and a recent series of notable hires, they are strategically planning their expansion - this is a fantastic time to join a well established communications agency in its next phase of growth.

As a Director in the agency, you will lead a broad portfolio of client accounts across various industry sectors. Reporting into a Partner or Senior Director, the Director will line manage 2/3 people and oversee others on accounts. You will need to be able to think strategically, providing senior level client counsel, as well overseeing service delivery and the management of client expectations and retention.

Key requirements:

  • Agency-side experience at Associate Director or Director level (circa 8-12 years experience)
  • Experience working in corporate communications across a broad range of industry sectors
  • The ability to run client accounts with limited supervision, providing leadership to others
  • Experience supporting on new business
  • A self-starter, with ambition and desire to work proactively
  • Intellectually curious, with a love of all things corporate affairs
