I’m working with a very interesting, boutique PR and brand communications agency which is focused on further building out its UK presence in 2026. They’re looking for an experienced and senior professional to take ownership of key accounts and play a meaningful role in helping grow the business over the coming years. This is a hands-on role with real scope to help lead a business into the future with a view to being the Country Manager as you develop and the founder steps back.
The role involves sitting at the centre of client strategy, execution and growth, working closely with founders, senior clients and the account team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading integrated communications programmes across earned media, partnerships, influencers and events
- Acting as senior day-to-day counsel to founders and marketing leaders
- Managing and mentoring a growing UK based team
- Owning client strategy, delivery standards and commercial performance
- Supporting new business development and organic account growth
- Building strong relationships with UK media, tastemakers and brand partners
- Collaborating cross-market with UK teams to align strategy and execution
