Are you a senior PR professional ready to lead with purpose? Or a strong Senior Account Manager looking to step up into an Account Director role where you can shape strategy, develop people, and drive meaningful impact?
We’re partnering with a growing, values-led communications agency that works exclusively with Christian charities, NGOs and faith-based organisations. They’re now looking for an Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, own strategic campaigns end-to-end, and play a key role in developing both people and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a portfolio of key client accounts, owning strategy, delivery and results
- Develop and drive integrated PR campaigns from planning through to evaluation
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel and challenge to clients
- Coach and develop junior team members, building a high-performing team
- Use data and insights to measure success and optimise campaigns
- Drive media strategy and secure impactful coverage through strong relationships
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support new business activity
You’ll Bring
- PR agency experience at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
- Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering effective campaigns
- Confidence leading client relationships and influencing at a senior level
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
- Commercial awareness and ability to grow accounts
- Excellent communication skills across strategy, content and media
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong organisational skills
- A genuine passion for purpose-led, faith-based organisations
