- We're partnering exclusively with a global executive chauffer business to recruit a
New Business Development Manager to join its UK commercial team as part of it's continued UK and European growth.
The Opportunity
You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new accounts.
Your focus will be identifying and winning new corporate clients across multiple sectors including corporate businesses, travel management companies, meetings & events, airlines and other organisations requiring premium executive transportation.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively generating new business through phone, email, Linked In and networking
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline using Hub Spot CRM
- Booking and attending meetings with prospective clients
- Converting opportunities into long-term revenue-generating accounts
- Representing the business at industry exhibitions and networking events
- Building relationships across corporate organisations and executive travel buyers
- Working closely with leadership whilst enjoying the autonomy to develop your own approach to winning business
About You
- Has at least 3+ years B2B sales or business development experience
- Considers themselves to be a Hunter rather than a Farmer
- Loves prospecting, opening doors and creating opportunities
- Is motivated by commission and personal success
- Is resilient, self-motivated and enjoys the challenge of outbound sales
- Is comfortable managing the full sales cycle
Experience within executive transportation, travel or hospitality would be welcomed, but it's certainly not essential . The business is far more interested in your ability to manage B2B sales than your industry background.
