A high-growth, technology-led business is looking for an experienced Head of Digital to own its digital function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a newly created senior role, sitting alongside a Head of Marketing and reporting directly to the CEO.
The business is investing heavily in its digital infrastructure, websites, customer experience and growth capability, creating an opportunity for someone to make a significant impact across multiple brands.
We're looking for a commercially-minded digital leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical understanding and operational delivery.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of digital, ecommerce, product, SEO, CRO and analytics.
You’ll take ownership of multiple websites and digital properties, ensuring they deliver an exceptional user experience whilst driving measurable business growth.
The successful candidate will oversee website performance, SEO, CRO, data, digital tooling and front-end delivery, whilst working closely with product, development, design and marketing teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving and scaling digital experiences in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop digital strategy across a portfolio of websites and brands
- Own website performance, UX, speed, accessibility and conversion
- Drive SEO, CRO and digital growth initiatives
- Build and evolve data, reporting and attribution frameworks
- Own digital product delivery and optimisation projects
- Manage and develop digital, SEO and technical specialists
- Partner closely with design, development and product teams
- Evaluate and improve digital tooling, platforms and integrations
- Contribute to wider business growth and digital transformation initiatives
About You
- Significant experience heading up digital functions within ecommerce, digital-first or high-growth environments
- Strong website ownership experience with a deep understanding of UX, CRO and performance optimisation
- Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth
- Highly data-driven, with experience using data and insights to inform strategy
- Experience managing digital products, platforms and technical stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business impact
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience within scale-up, technology, ecommerce or digitally-led businesses would be particularly relevant.
