We are working with a leading global PR and communications agency, recently named Global PR Agency of the Year and recognised as one of the bravest agencies globally. Known for its earned-first approach, the agency operates at the intersection of business, culture and media, helping brands shape reputation and drive real impact.
They are now looking for an Account Executive to join their growing Technology team in London, working on PR programmes for B2B technology clients spanning SaaS, enterprise tech, data, AI and innovation-led businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their PR career who is keen to build strong media relations skills, learn from senior practitioners and work on fast-paced, high-profile tech accounts.
The role
As an Account Executive, you will support the delivery of media-led PR campaigns and play a hands-on role across day-to-day account activity. You will work closely with Account Managers and Senior Managers, gaining exposure to both proactive and reactive media relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting press office activity, including monitoring media, drafting coverage reports and responding to journalist enquiries
- Assisting with proactive pitching and media outreach across tech, business and trade titles
- Writing press releases, media pitches, briefing notes and Q&As
- Building an understanding of clients' businesses, technologies and target audiences
- Supporting account administration, timelines and client updates
- Helping to spot news opportunities and contribute ideas for coverage
- Supporting senior team members on larger campaigns and launches
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- PR agency experience, ideally within technology or B2B PR
- A genuine interest in technology, innovation and media
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for news, trends and storytelling
- A proactive, organised approach and willingness to learn
