Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Beaconsfield (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Are you a hands-on digital marketer with a knack for driving performance and optimising every click, campaign, and conversion?
We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning organisation in the care and lifestyle sector who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate their digital presence during an exciting growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Manage email, social, website, and SEO activity, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Lead migration from Constant Contact to Mailchimp (data, templates, automations, segmentation).
- Manage email campaigns across acquisition, retention, and engagement with full reporting and optimisation.
- Plan and execute social campaigns (organic and paid) across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Support the launch of a brand-new WordPress website and ensure it remains up-to-date and optimised.
- Drive SEO improvements with agency partners.
- Produce engaging content for web, email, and social, using AI tools to streamline delivery.
- Track performance with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social insights, providing monthly reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience across email marketing, website management, SEO, and content creation.
- Hands-on expertise with Mailchimp and WordPress.
- Good knowledge of social media management and paid campaigns.
- A data-led mindset with confidence in analytics and campaign reporting.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
