We’re supporting an independent creative communications agency looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its growing Social & Influencer team, working across a portfolio of exciting consumer brands spanning food, drink and lifestyle.
This is an opportunity to work on social-first campaigns for globally recognised brands including whiskey, hot sauce and hospitality-led accounts, creating content across TikTok, Instagram and Meta that drives genuine engagement and cultural relevance.
You’ll play a key role managing retained social accounts while also supporting influencer-led campaigns across the agency. You’ll lead day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts, helping shape creative social strategies and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Planning and overseeing content calendars and reactive social activity
- Developing social-first creative concepts and campaign ideas
- Writing engaging platform-native copy and creator briefs
- Managing influencer partnerships from outreach through to reporting
- Supporting short-form video and creator-led content production
- Reporting on campaign performance and KPIs
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Experience managing social accounts across TikTok, Instagram and Meta:
- A creative thinker with strong copywriting and content ideation skills
- Confident managing clients, timelines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about social culture, trends and creative communications
