What you’ll do

  • Act as the senior lead for a portfolio of high-profile social & influencer clients – from briefing through to strategy, execution and measurement.
  • Work across paid, owned & earned social/influencer channels to build innovative, integrated campaigns.
  • Provide senior client counsel, presenting ideas, guiding strategy and ensuring best-in-class delivery.
  • Nurture and mentor junior team members – managing, coaching and developing account team members while driving quality of output and collaboration.
  • Oversee budgets, profitability and growth opportunities, supporting new business activity and contributing to the agency’s wider success.

About you

  • You’re already operating at (or ready to step up to) Senior Account Director level, with strong experience leading social and influencer campaigns within an agency environment.
  • You’re confident leading end-to-end influencer and social programmes: strategy, creative briefing, talent management, paid support, reporting and optimisation.
  • You bring a commercial mindset – comfortable managing budgets, identifying opportunities and driving client growth.
