London-based hybrid (min 1 day per week in London office). Salary and Benefits: Up to £42K depending on experience + Benefits including 30 days annual leave.

We’re a growing communications and PR agency that works exclusively with Christian charities, NGOs and faith-based organisations. We need a strategic, values-driven Account Manager to lead purpose-driven campaigns for a portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead client relationships across a mix of Christian charities, global NGOs and faith-based organisations.
  • Develop and deliver PR strategies that raise profile, drive engagement and create impact.
  • Oversee Account Executives, ensuring delivery excellence and development.
  • Pitch, place and amplify stories through strong media and influencer contacts.
  • Balance multiple projects with clarity, energy and high standards of execution.

What You’ll Bring:

  • PR agency experience – ideally working across multiple clients.
  • A proven ability to manage projects, delegate, communicate and deliver to deadlines.
  • Natural relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – from copy to pitches to strategy decks.
  • A genuine passion to serve purpose-led, faith-based organisations.
