We’re assisting a leading integrated creative agency with the hiring of a Business Development Director to own new business and marketing for the agency. They are a growing agency, renowned for delivering award‑winning campaigns and innovative work for a diverse portfolio of clients. With an integrated offering and a global presence, they are looking for a business development leader to spearhead their ongoing growth.

About the Business Development Director role

The Business Development Director will develop and execute a holistic business development and growth strategy, encompassing new business and marketing that aligns with the agency’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the new business and marketing strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities.
  • Play a lead role on proposals and pitches.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Develop agency positioning and marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the agency in the industry.

About you

You’ll be a commercial/growth/business development leader with experience working at a creative, comms, marketing or digital agency. You’ll have experience leading new business and marketing initiatives to drive agency growth. You’ll have creative industry expertise, and a track record of driving growth. You’ll have a collaborative, consultative approach and you’ll be a strategic thinker who’s also happy to be hands on where needed.
