As part of its ambitious growth plans for 2025, they will be investing heavily in developing its offering in London, with an open headcount for three new hires to join a tight-knit team of three already. They have an established roster of brilliant clients and are looking for an ambitious and tenacious Account Manager and Senior Account Manager to help build upon the agency's reputation in the capital.

About the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager role
This Account Manager/Senior Account Manager will be working across a portfolio of hospitality brands, with a drinks focus. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing meaningful and impactful campaign strategies independently
- Being hands-on in delivering quality media results for clients, while also building the agency's profile in relevant media circles
- Day-to-day client counsel
- Supporting on new business, including contributing to proposals and attending pitches
The ideal Account Manager/Senior Account Manager:
- Agency experience at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level
- MUST have spirit/drinks PR experience and know key press in this sector
- MAY have travel PR experience, particularly with media and press trips
- SHOULD be confident with both media and clients - clients should be able to trust you and journalists should enjoy working with you
- MUST be both creative and strategic
- SHOULD be comfortable working in a small, agile team which is mostly remote (for now)
What the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager gets in return:
- Salary of between circa £36,000-£48,000, depending on experience as an AM or SAM
- Up to 28 days holiday excluding bank holidays + Christmas closure
- Private healthcare
- Up to 9% pension contribution
- Summer hours on Fridays
- All expenses paid trips to the US for team bonding
