The opportunity is for a PR Associate Director with global FMCG brand experience. This role is perfect for a very experienced Senior Account Director or Associate Director from a PR/earned background that has worked on big, complex consumer accounts. You'll understand how to navigate multiple work streams for one client and speak the language of in-house comms leads, brand managers, and marketing managers.
You'll be working on a portfolio of creative brand projects, all of which are global FMCG household names. The projects you work on will be fully integrated (not press office), so experience running big global campaigns is integral. The company you'll be joining is truly brilliant, with a tight-knit team, annual company trips, early finish Fridays all year round, flexi-hours, and an inspiring, culturally tapped-in group of people.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on integrated global and UK-focused campaign strategies.
- Oversee all operational aspects of your accounts including forecasting, capacity planning, scoping, and managing profitability.
- Work tied to big cultural initiatives tapping into music, sport, fashion, art, etc.
- Deliver campaigns that get significant media cut-through, with solid experience across social media, partnerships, sponsorships, content production, and more, particularly at a global level.
Qualifications:
- Established Senior Account Directors or Associate Directors from a PR agency background, ideally from global agencies.
- Experience running a P&L.
- Evidence of having worked on global brand campaigns.
- Interest in culture (GenZ, sports, fashion, music, what's trending).
