We’re assisting a leading integrated creative marcomms agency with the hiring of an Account Director to lead one big key account. The agency is an exciting creative agency working across social, content and integrated marcomms. They've grown well over the past few years and are on an exciting growth journey with plans for further growth. They work with a diverse portfolio of household name brands across multiple B2B and B2C sectors. The new Account Director will have scope to shape the strategic growth of this global account, delivering exciting multi‑channel creative work.

About the Account Director role

The Account Director will work on one key global account – a pioneering company that supplies the technology to power EVs.

Key Responsibilities for Account Director

  • Lead the client relationship, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative on briefs.
  • Strategically shape and grow the account.
  • Manage financials on the account and ensure profitability.
  • Work on award‑winning global campaigns and projects.

About you, the Account Director

You’ll be a strategic client services professional with agency experience at SAM or AD level. You’ll ideally have integrated multi‑channel experience, coupled with strong ability to lead and grow client accounts, manage commercials and work well with multi‑disciplined teams including creative.
