A vacancy has opened up at one of London's top integrated agencies, and they are looking for an experienced Account Director to oversee some big brand consumer accounts. This agency is one of the leading names in the creative comms space and were one of the pioneers of bringing creativity resource (Creative Directors and creative teams) to the traditional PR model. They execute bold campaigns that span social media, content, experiential/production and traditional media relations.

This role ideally would require someone who has solid sports sponsorship experience and has experience working in an agile, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be joining an incredible team of 30 passionate professionals that put their heart into delivering work that truly makes a difference and gets people talking.

Responsibilities:
  • Running accounts independently with little oversight from senior management
  • Providing high-level strategic client service and being an escalation point
  • Mentorship and coaching of junior team alongside line management
  • Leading on the development of strategy and plans, alongside broader team
  • Contributing regularly to new business, both prospecting and proposal development
  • Managing account finances, keeping activity within scope and overseeing profitability
