We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who already has some sales, customer service or appointment-setting experience and is looking to further develop within a professional B2B sales environment.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our automotive and OEM clients through outbound prospecting, lead qualification and appointment setting.

Duties Include...

  • Work across automotive OEM, leasing and fleet prospecting campaigns
  • Identify and research prospects using CRM systems, LinkedIn and sales intelligence tools
  • Engage decision-makers through phone, email and digital outreach
  • Build confidence in consultative B2B sales conversations
  • Book high-quality appointments for client sales teams
  • Manage and maintain pipeline activity through CRM systems
  • Deliver consistent activity and performance against targets
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture

You’ll also gain exposure to modern sales methodologies, data-driven prospecting and AI-enabled sales strategies as part of ROI’s continued innovation within the automotive sector.
