- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and identify opportunities to optimise creative, targeting, channel mix and budget allocation
- Collaborate with Data & Insight specialists to ensure accurate tracking, reporting and actionable insights that support client decision-making
- Support the delivery of nurture journeys, workflows and audience segmentation in partnership with automation specialists
- Identify opportunities to improve website user experience, landing page performance and content effectiveness through campaign insight and user behaviour analysis
- Provide clear updates on campaign performance, delivery progress and potential risk—keeping stakeholders aligned in an agency setting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness—helping to raise the bar on delivery
