The Role As a Virtual Account Manager working with Volkswagen Group, you\’ll support the group\’s automotive brands by managing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Your role is vital in increasing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding market share for our clients. You\’ll work closely with stakeholders, bringing a strategic approach to sales, delivering outstanding results, and providing top-tier service within the automotive fleet sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with key automotive fleet customers Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase fleet vehicle sales Provide expert knowledge of the brand, model range, and market positioning Deliver high-quality digital sales experiences and customer service Collaborate with leasing companies, dealerships, and other industry stakeholders Analyse customer data to generate insights that inform sales strategies What We’re Looking For Key Skills & Experience: A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong track record in sales growth Exceptional communication and active listening skills, capable of engaging with key decision makers Understanding of B2B consultative selling and ability to tailor conversations to business needs Problem-solving skills and creative thinking to meet customer and client needs Strong data management skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage) A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment Previous experience in fleet sales, fleet management, contract hire & leasing, or dealership account management is desirable Why Join Us?
