The Role:
We are now looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team as part of a job share. In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering the recruitment strategy for our rapidly growing company. Focused on discovering top talent across multiple sectors, you\’ll ensure the best-fit candidates are connected with the right opportunities, helping to shape the future of ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn and job boards, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and refine recruitment processes accordingly.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, innovations, and best practices.
You Should Have:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of filling roles successfully.
