The Role

Are you ready to help elevate our new business sales through smarter systems, data-led insights and seamless processes? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, efficiency and improved processes to our busy commercial function and support ROI's continued growth.

As our Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our new business sales operation – supporting our Sales Director and New Business Account Directors ensuring our teams are equipped with the right tools, tech, marketing, and insights to work smarter and close deals faster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management (HubSpot) – Oversee management, configuration, user training, reporting and sales process automation to enhance team productivity and customer engagement.
  • Sales Tools – Create product presentations and supporting sales tools that streamline our sales process and support conversion.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Own revenue forecasting models and develop dashboards to provide actionable insight.
  • Tender Management – Lead the end-to-end tender response process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, client services and other departments to align customer messaging and consistency of product positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident project manager, with experience managing complex processes and deadlines.
  • Technically savvy – experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce, Advanced use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
  • Analytical – a critical thinker who can translate sales data into meaningful reports. Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau is advantageous.
  • A great communicator who’s comfortable working across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing or data transformation tools is a bonus – as is previous exposure to the automotive or outsourcing sectors.
