Sales Development Representative – Automotive Sector

Milton Keynes | Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

Up to £26,000 (dependent on experience) + Excellent Benefits

The Role

Are you a tech-savvy sales professional who knows how to harness digital tools to uncover opportunities and build a strong pipeline? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join ROI, supporting the automotive sector through sales prospecting. In this role, you’ll use platforms like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and data-led insights to generate leads, build relationships, and book appointments across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn. You\’ll play a key role in driving innovation, helping to shape the future of the industry as we lead the way in AI adoption – blending people, data, and technology to create smarter sales strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • An ambitious individual with a \’hunter\’ mentality and a track record in B2B business development (automotive, leasing or fleet knowledge would be a bonus)
  • Someone who embraces change, you will be driven, resilient and adaptable, and love turning problems and challenges in to opportunities.
  • A confident user of digital sales tools, you’ll be comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tech for prospecting, and confident with CRM-driven workflows. Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Someone who thrives on autonomy – highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to own and hit targets
  • Commercially sharp with a consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills
