Pay Range

This range is provided by Return on Investment Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay

Location: Primarily remote, with 1 day per week in our Milton Keynes office
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Salary: Paying up to £25,000 + Bonus

Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll support our automotive and OEM clients through outbound prospecting and appointment setting. You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify and research prospects using CRM systems and LinkedIn
  • Engage decision‑makers via phone, email and digital channels
  • Build confidence in commercial conversations
  • Book high‑quality appointments for the sales teams
  • Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, open to coaching, and motivated to grow into a consultative sales professional.

Qualifications

  • A highly motivated, positive individual with a strong work ethic
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously improve
  • Confidence in communicating with people and building rapport
  • An interest in sales, technology and the automotive industry

No previous sales experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
