The Role
As the Regional B2B Sales Manager, you will work in partnership with Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) retail networks to enhance their business‑to‑business (B2B) sales performance and customer engagement. Representing Stellantis, you will provide strategic consultancy and training to retail teams, elevating their capability, confidence, and effectiveness in offering LCV solutions to business clients. The role also involves performance analysis, identifying areas for development, and delivering bespoke support aligned with Stellantis’ commercial objectives.

Key Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of the UK LCV sector and the needs of business customers.
- Experience delivering consultancy, training, or enablement solutions within automotive retail.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, paired with strong sales consultancy acumen.
- A proactive, motivational approach with the ability to energise and engage retail teams.
- Competence in analysing sales performance data to create actionable development plans.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively.
Desirable:
- Background working with LCV brands or within a multi‑brand automotive retail setting.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance management tools.
- Formal qualifications in training, consultancy, or coaching.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted enablement programmes for LCV Professional Centres, focusing on product knowledge, B2B sales strategies, and customer engagement.
- Provide tailored coaching to retail sales teams to strengthen consultative selling and improve performance with business clients.
- Analyse retail sales performance to identify commercial growth opportunities, set clear development objectives, and provide actionable recommendations to regional and head office stakeholders.
- Ensure strong product knowledge across Stellantis’ LCV range, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Communicate business incentives, finance packages, and after‑sales solutions to maximise the B2B proposition.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to retail partners, offering hands‑on guidance, identifying local growth opportunities, and supporting client‑facing activities including presentations, tenders, and vehicle demonstrations.
- Provide structured performance reports, collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, and share network feedback and market insights to inform future strategy.
