The Role
As a high‑skill Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving a qualified pipeline across OEM, leasing and fleet clients. You’ll:
- Work on our complex OEM/Leasing Company Prospecting Campaigns
- Use CRM and sales intelligence tools to manage and optimise the pipeline
- Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDPIC, BANT)
- Consistently deliver high‑quality appointments and conversion outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Contribute to best practice, process improvement and innovation
You’ll also support ROI’s continued leadership in AI‑enabled sales strategies, blending data, insight and human conversation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales development or appointment‑setting experience
- A consultative sales approach with strong questioning and listening skills
- Confident use of CRM systems and digital prospecting tools (Salesforce desirable)
- Understanding of structured sales methodologies and sales processes
- Experience within automotive, leasing or fleet environments (highly desirable)
- A strong ownership mindset with consistent performance delivery
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while maintaining quality conversations
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team success
