This role offers the opportunity to manage key stakeholder relationships, develop new business opportunities and help deliver innovative fleet management solutions to our clients.

With over 20 years of experience, we support the automotive sector with a range of services, including sales, marketing, and fleet management. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll promote business mobility services for a fast growing and ambitious leasing solutions company in the UK. This role focuses on managing client relationships, driving business growth, generating leads and managing key accounts to expand our client’s presence in the market.
What will you be doing?
- Generate new leads, identify sales opportunities, and develop strategies to grow our client’s fleet management business.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring steady growth through effective territory management and client outreach.
- Stay ahead of trends within the business mobility sector, keeping up to date with competitors and identifying areas for innovation.
- Work closely with our clients internal teams to provide seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager by ensuring leads are fully qualified, enabling effective prospect engagement, addressing client needs, and facilitating successful sales conversions.
