  • Are fluent in the use of CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Combine analytical rigour with strong people leadership, using insight to drive improvement and accountability.
  • Have experience building playbooks, cadences, and contact strategies that scale across teams.
  • Bring collaboration, confidence, and clarity to every client or internal conversation.
  • Hold relevant certifications (e.g. sales leadership, coaching, performance analytics, or sales technology), or are keen to pursue them.

Why Join Us

  • £500 annual health & wellbeing allowance
  • Education bursaries for new skills and development
  • Company pension and healthcare plans (medical & dental)
  • 22 days annual leave, rising to 30 with service
  • Subsidised car purchase schemes
