- Represent Inside Sales in leadership meetings, ensuring productivity, quality, consistency, and engagement across programmes.
What We’re Looking For:

- Are fluent in the use of CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Combine analytical rigour with strong people leadership, using insight to drive improvement and accountability.
- Have experience building playbooks, cadences, and contact strategies that scale across teams.
- Bring collaboration, confidence, and clarity to every client or internal conversation.
- Hold relevant certifications (e.g. sales leadership, coaching, performance analytics, or sales technology) or are keen to pursue them.
Why Join Us:
- £500 annual health & wellbeing allowance.
- Education bursaries for new skills and development.
- Company pension and healthcare plans (medical & dental).
- 22 days annual leave, rising to 30 with service.
- Subsidised car purchase schemes.
