UNIFI is the specialist B2B marketing division of ROI Automotive, a well-established agency working with leading automotive brands across the UK. Following significant client growth, including a major new win, we’re now investing further in our campaign capability. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to help shape how we deliver high-performing B2B campaigns as we continue to scale, while retaining a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
At UNIFI, we build B2B campaigns that actually perform: driving demand, capturing intent, and delivering measurable commercial impact in complex, competitive markets. We’re now looking for a B2B Campaign Strategy & Performance Director to lead campaign strategy, creative direction and performance across our growing client portfolio.
The role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role sitting at the heart of our client delivery. Working closely with our Account Directors and senior stakeholders, you’ll develop campaign and creative strategies, define the right mix of channels and content, and then own end-to-end delivery from campaign architecture and planning through to optimisation, insight and evolution. This role suits a calm, confident, director-level marketer who can be trusted to get on with the job in hand: setting direction, leading teams, and making smart decisions based on data, experience and commercial understanding.
What you’ll be doing
- Campaign strategy & planning
- Developing B2B demand generation and demand capture strategies aligned to client objectives and commercial KPIs
- Defining campaign and creative approaches, including channels, formats and content types
- Creating campaign frameworks that balance brand, demand creation and demand capture based on audience maturity
- Translating strategy into clear messaging hierarchies, KPIs and delivery plans
- Producing strategies that can be costed, refined and presented to clients in partnership with senior stakeholders
- Campaign & creative leadership
- Taking overall ownership of campaign delivery across assigned accounts
- Converting briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal and external teams
- Providing strong creative direction across LinkedIn and paid social, email marketing, thought leadership and white papers, website and landing page content
- Reviewing and approving creative concepts, copy and assets prior to activation
- Performance, data & optimisation
- Interrogating campaign data to assess performance against agreed KPIs
- Identifying opportunities to optimise creative, messaging, channels and formats
- Working closely with Data & Insight specialists to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Feeding learnings back into future campaign strategy and content planning
- Marketing automation & demand capture
- Partnering with marketing automation specialists on nurture journeys, segmentation and workflows
- Ensuring campaigns capture intent and convert in-market audiences into sales-ready opportunities
- Understanding how much content is needed, where the sweet spot is, and how campaigns evolve through the funnel
- Team leadership & operational excellence
- Managing a small delivery team (two direct reports), with oversight of in-house and freelance specialists
- Setting standards for campaign planning, delivery and quality control
- Supporting team development through clear direction, feedback and leadership
- Improving efficiency through better processes, tooling and ways of working
- Acting as a centre of excellence for B2B campaign best practice across UNIFI, a genuinely specialist B2B automotive agency within the ROI Automotive group
A newly created, senior role with scope to shape team structure and delivery standards. Opportunity to build and refine campaign strategy following major client growth. A collaborative, expert-led environment with a strong performance culture. The chance to have real influence while still working in a business with a startup mindset.
If you’re ready to lead smarter B2B campaigns, develop high-impact content strategies, and make performance matter, we’d love to hear from you.
