The Role
We are recruiting Customer Care Specialists to support Volvo Cars in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, assisting customers across their shopping and ownership journey, handling queries and complaints efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects Volvo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality customer support via inbound calls, webchat, email, social, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app chat
- Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Keep accurate records and manage lead follow-up effectively
- Escalate issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
- Be flexible to work across both the inbound calls and webchat teams
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and escalate appropriately
- Calm, personable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Bonus: experience in customer care operations, complaint handling, or CRM systems
