Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: 8 hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, 7 days per week (rota basis). Some Bank Holiday working required, time off in lieu will be provided for any worked.

The Role

We are recruiting Customer Care Specialists to support Volvo Cars in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, assisting customers across their shopping and ownership journey, handling queries and complaints efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects Volvo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality customer support via inbound calls, webchat, email, social, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app chat
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Keep accurate records and manage lead follow-up effectively
  • Escalate issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
  • Be flexible to work across both the inbound calls and webchat teams

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and elevate appropriately
