The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to play a key role in driving leasing programme success across a portfolio of customers. Working closely with Key Account Managers, internal stakeholders and external leasing partners, you’ll be responsible for ensuring leasing programmes are delivered efficiently, customer order portfolios are managed accurately, and vehicle supply aligns with fleet requirements. You’ll also provide valuable market insight, reporting and forecasting to support commercial decision-making and help deliver sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular business reviews with leasing customers to support account growth and strengthen relationships
- Oversee customer order portfolios, ensuring vehicle orders are accurate, on track and aligned to fleet plans
- Manage account order administration, scheduling and build requirements
- Liaise with internal departments, retailers and carriers to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
- Monitor stock levels against forecasts and manage stock age profiles in line with business objectives
- Organise vehicle demonstrations for leasing companies and end customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
- Deliver accurate leasing volume forecasts across your account portfolio
- Provide market insight, competitor intelligence and customer feedback to support pricing and sales strategy
- Work closely with finance teams to resolve invoicing, programme claims and pricing queries efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in automotive fleet sales, ideally within the UK market
- Strong understanding of corporate fleet operations, vehicle finance and leasing products
- Experience working with fleet and leasing companies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation capability
- Highly organised, self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret data and provide clear commercial insight
