Base pay range

Location: Primarily remote, with 1 day per week in our Nantwich office

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Thursday & Friday + one additional weekday of your choice, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Salary: £23,850 (Pro Rata)

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Client Services Executive to support our BMW team. This is a part-time, permanent role focused on client care, administrative coordination and regulatory compliance.

You’ll be working three set days per week (Thursday, Friday, plus one other weekday of your choice), from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch each day. The role is mostly remote, with just one day per week in our Nantwich office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and managing customer agreements, renewals, and documentation
  • Booking and coordinating demo vehicles with third-party providers
  • Responding to client enquiries by phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA and internal standards
  • Supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in client services, administration or customer support
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Automotive experience is a bonus, not essential
