What Will You Be Doing?
- Engagement and Outreach: Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn, to connect with fleet decision makers.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential new business customers, with the goal of qualifying opportunities and securing high-quality appointments for Area Fleet Managers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Support with building and maintaining relationships with potential and current customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
- CRM and Reporting: Accurately record activities and outcomes using CRM systems to support future engagement and marketing activity.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to support credible conversations and identify business opportunities.
Experience Needed
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proactive Mindset: Able to spot opportunities and suggest practical ways to improve process and how we reach and engage with potential customers.
