Operating in the UK & Europe across five sites, ROI delivers a range of outsourced solutions to our Automotive clients, resulting in increased operational efficiency, sales and customer satisfaction.

Contract: Monday to Friday – 35hrs per week

Salary: Up to £23,000k (Pro Rata)

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Engagement and Outreach: Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn, to connect with fleet decision makers.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential new business customers, with the goal of qualifying opportunities and securing high-quality appointments for Area Fleet Managers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support with building and maintaining relationships with potential and current customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • CRM and Reporting: Accurately record activities and outcomes using CRM systems to support future engagement and marketing activity.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to support credible conversations and identify business opportunities.

Experience Needed

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive Mindset: Able to spot opportunities and suggest practical ways to improve process and how we reach and engage with potential customers.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
  • A successful track record in sales, prospecting or lead generation would be an advantage.
