We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Business Centre Executive to support our Hyundai Team. This is a full‑time, permanent role focused on client care, administrative coordination and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and managing customer agreements, renewals, and documentation
- Booking and coordinating demo vehicles with third‑party providers
- Responding to client enquiries by phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA and internal standards
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client services, administration or customer support
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Automotive experience is a bonus, not essential
