We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented property photographer whose work will play a pivotal role in helping our clients attract potential buyers and renters. We are looking for freelancers to work alongside our permanent team to produce high-quality property marketing materials, comprising photography, walkthrough videos, drone footage, and RICS standard floorplans. We sell and let properties across Scotland, and are looking for freelance property creatives available to work in the following areas: Perthshire, Highland, Tayside, Scottish Borders and Berwick.

    How to apply

    About you

    The successful candidate will have a full, clean driving license, a drone flyer ID, and at least 12 months of professional experience within the property photography and videography sector. You will be proficient in the use of photo and video editing software. You will be capable of collaborating with other property professionals as well as working independently; therefore should be self-motivated and competent in administrating your own work to a high standard.

    Key responsibilities

    The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following:

    • Photographing property interiors and exteriors, for use in printed and online material.
    • Creating beautiful videos, including walkthrough tours and drone footage to capture the local and surrounding areas.
    • Preparing and styling the property, using proper lighting, angles and composition to enhance property features.
    • Editing and retouching images to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
    • Collating final details about the property in preparation for sale.
    • Helping to draw up floor plans to RICS standards.
