Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday

Duration: Temporary - from mid-June 2026 until early September 2026

About the role: You will provide support to our rapidly growing teams, who deal with the booking and management of a portfolio of properties available for short term let throughout the year and a large portfolio of long let properties. Working closely with the Short-Term Lettings Manager & Lettings Manager you will provide support by undertaking a multitude of different tasks which will vary on a day to day basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Within our Short Lets Team:
  • Taking photos of properties
  • Pre tenancy checks
  • Making up welcome packs for guests
  • Taking things to the properties as needed
  • Answering the telephone
  • Assigning keys to guests and arranging key cutting
  • Meeting owners
  • Ad hoc property/tenant visits
  • Update existing inventories
  • Within our Edinburgh Lettings Team:
    • Assisting with viewings
    • Answering telephone calls and booking in viewing appointments
    • Picking up and delivering items to flats
    • Assigning keys to tenants and contractors

    Key requirements:

    • Hold a full clean driving licence
    • Detailed knowledge of Edinburgh lettings market
    • Complete administration and processes thoroughly and methodically
    • Be a team player and can build good working relationships with other teams
    • Good geographical knowledge of Edinburgh
    • Be confident using IT applications
    • Can multi task and thrive in a close team environment
    • Have a flexible approach to work and show initiative
