About the role
We are looking for someone friendly, organised and people-focused to join our Glasgow West End team. This role is weekend-only with the option to pick up extra hours for holiday cover when available. You’ll handle enquiries, book viewings, support buyers and sellers, and help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door, calls or emails the branch.
About you
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in property and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. No previous property experience is required; full training will be given. You’ll take a proactive approach to personal development, continuously building your skills.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries (phone, email, in person).
- Arrange property viewings and valuations, scheduling diary appointments as required.
- Respond to Home Report, brochure, and property information requests promptly.
- Match new properties with potential buyers, following up via phone and email.
- Build strong ongoing relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Promote wider Rettie Group services to encourage internal referrals.
- Maintain accurate records through proactive use of the sales database (Reapit).
- Support the team in ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Contribute to the team’s marketing activity, including social media content, direct mail campaigns and encouraging online reviews.
