Key requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a marketing environment
  • Experience of using email marketing platforms
  • Experience of managing website content on a CMS
  • Experience of organic and paid advertising on Meta
  • Proven ability to organise own workload and work independently to deadlines
  • Experience of working with and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to write engaging copy for our website, blogs and social media channels
  • Proven ability to analyse data, interpret results and present findings and recommendations
  • Expert in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable

  • Marketing related BA (Hons) or MSc level qualification and / or CIM Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing
  • Work experience in property or professional services marketing role
  • Dot Digital experience
  • Experience of managing printed marketing collateral

About the role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll provide essential support to the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing Team. You'll work closely with the frontline teams across the business and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective marketing activity. You’ll be responsible for executing planned marketing activity across our varied marketing channels, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.

About you

You’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels. Your strong organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain high level of quality assurance across all of your work. You’ll demonstrate a clear understanding of, and a shared passion for, our beliefs and values. You understand the purpose of our marketing is to communicate our beliefs and values to those people who share them. You understand not all customers are Rettie customers. By staying true to our brand values and beliefs you are skilled at translating these into relevant, engaging content across our marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and executing activity across multiple marketing channels to generate high quality leads for Rettie, including digital advertising, social media, print, SEO and PR.
  • Manage our social media accounts, including planning, scheduling, copywriting and design.
  • Paid social advertising via Meta.
  • Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns through Dot Digital, including creating customer contact segments, ad hoc emails and automated email flows.
  • Creating and delivering local marketing campaigns to support our growth ambitions.
  • Use analytics and insights to continuously monitor and improve all marketing initiatives.
  • Creating, updating and maintaining content, including web pages, blogs and research, on our website.
  • Optimising content and assets according to best SEO practice.
  • Working on planning and delivering events such as live webinars, and in-person networking.
  • Responding to customer reviews – such as Google, Facebook and Feefo.
