Location: Hybrid (Office base in Charlbury, Oxfordshire)

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Contract: Fixed-term contract until 31st May 2028

Travel: Regular travel required across Oxfordshire (must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead the delivery of an innovative funded project. Power Up Oxfordshire is a local programme that helps residents save energy and use cleaner, greener power. It offers advice, support, and collective purchasing discounts to make buildings more energy efficient and reduce carbon emissions. The project takes a hyper-local approach, working with partner organisations and local community groups to create value-driven engagement that is highly tailored to specific audience needs.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the project from the enabling phase, through delivery and finally, the closing evaluation and reporting phase. The role will require managing a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring delivery against ambitious targets while overseeing budget, risk, and quality standards. Promotion and participation in the programmes will be supported by the Community Engagement Officer who will report directly to you.
