EQUANS is looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in Coleshill, Birmingham to be responsible for the management of the retrofit assessment and coordination process, including Survey Software Tool Development, Customer Journey and Trustmark Compliance on both survey and technical solutions.
This is a full-time role.

What will you deliver?
- To have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.
- Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the central region (Yorkshire), ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
- Work with Sustainability Manager & central Sustainability Team in establishing EQUANS as the partner of choice in energy efficiency retrofit solutions through SHDF, LAD, ECO and any other available funding streams.
- Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using Rd SAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria.
- Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
- Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding.
